Outside of an individual’s desire to change, the #1 contributor to success in a coaching engagement is the depth of the relationship between the coach and the client.

Are we a good fit?

I offer a free 30-minute sample coaching session for you to experience what’s possible and for us to determine what our engagement could look like.

Commitment & Scheduling

For all new clients, I require a 7-session minimum commitment.  One of those sessions, I include for free.  Sessions most often occur weekly or bi-weekly and scheduling is flexible throughout the engagement.

Returning client packages are developed on a case-by-case basis.

Build the Foundation

The coaching begins with 2 sessions focused specifically on us both becoming clear on who you really are, what you actually want and what is stopping you from getting there.

You will walk away with a stronger sense of clarity in your life, specific goals that align with what you truly want and an excitement towards what’s possible.

Action, Re-Alignment, Action

With clarity and alignment in place, the ongoing coaching focuses on taking internal and external action towards changing your life.  Each session includes accountability check-ins, deep dives into specific topics and a relentless focus on strengthening our relationship.

During the mid-point of the coaching engagement, we take 1 session to focus on comparing the work done to date to the goals we initially identified.  We make adjustments if needed and then get back to work.

Reinforce the New You

At the end of the initial commitment, we take time to compare the work we’ve done to the goals we set and identify other areas where you’ve grown as an individual.

We answer the question: ‘how are you different today than you were when we started?’ We pinpoint the behaviors that lead to that change and find ways to instill them in your life moving forward.
